Sports Massage Therapy

My name is Ally and I am a practicing Physiotherapist and Sports Massage Therapist living and working in South East London.

I have a real passion for health and fitness and genuinely want to help ‘fix’ people and make them feel better. During a Sports Massage I will not only utilise deep tissue/ sports massage techniques but can also incorporate acupuncture, provide advise and recommend exercises where appropriate.

I offer appointments at my home in East Dulwich and can also offer home visits for an additional fee.
