Unsightly christmas tree signage

Gets my goat, particularly when they start no more nailsing them to brickwork on the underpass. The horrible brown mess next to this year’s sign was the residue from last year’s

As discussed last year they hope to get away with this by donating a tree to the library,the problem is the council take no action despite flouting the law each year.
