Viewing Blackheath fireworks from SE23

We’d love to go to Blackheath fireworks again this year but given the crush to leave + being very pregnant looking for advice on anywhere local that offers good views. Hilly fields, Blythe Hill… advice welcome

One year we watched them from Blythe Hill fields and it was a huge let-down. You can see them, but it’s a long way away, and you certainly can’t hear them. Hardly worth it.
