Virgin TV pixelation - anyone else in the area affected?

Wondering if any other Virgin tv customers in the area have been experiencing significant pixelation/picture break up across a variety of channels? We rarely have any problems but for the last three or four weeks, it’s been happening every couple of days on both SD and HD channels. Restarting the box usually helps (but not always) but then the problem comes back in a day or two. The Service Status both online and phone are not showing any issues.

So before I go down the path of trying to get through to customer services, I was wondering if anyone else in the area might be having similar issues or if I need to get an engineer out.
