Met a friend at this pub last night, first time I’d been there.
Really nice, with some great local beers. And particularly enjoyed the air con last night!
Will definitely be going back. Anyone know if the food is any good?

My only complaint was that I don’t think they had a pint for less than a fiver!
You’re right, it isn’t cheap!
Food good when I went on several occasions but haven’t been for some time.
The burgers that were being taken past our table certainly looked decent enough.
I love the pub, the garden is awesome, the wine delicious, the staff friendly. The food is ok, decent enough but not the best thing about the pub. Which is the awesome garden.
Its a great pub but the drinks are way over priced. There is a great beer garden with fire pits you can light up. But still a pint should never be more than a fiver.
Maybe so but that is the reality of modern pub life unless you go to a spoons. The Chandos, Honor Oak, Sylvan Post - you’ll be pushing your luck to find a decent pint for much less than a fiver.
Time to get the brew bucket out again…
