Well, all week the forecast has been good for Sunday so I’m pretty confident this time! Hope I’ve not spoken too soon!

Wonderful weather for a walk this morning - 13 miles (half marathon distance) in 3hrs 22 minutes

Forest Hill > Sydenham > Crystal Palace > Beckenham > Bellingham > Catford > Hither Green > Ladywell > Brockley > Honor Oak > Forest Hill

rather tired!!

Fantastic stuff. Nothing like a good walk.
I went for a 46 mile ride while the roads were nice and quiet
Been a nice day for sure. Enjoy the rest you have earned.

3-2 victory in a hard fought game of squash this afternoon with heat making the rallies long (perhaps I should join the croquet section) and rehydrated with a pleasent couple of pints of cider at Goldsmiths Arms in Penge High St (an Antic owned pub - same owners as Sylvan Post; also does good food).

Just to make the evening as much fun as the morning, I ended up at Wembley at the Bruce Springsteen concert.

Erm, where was all our invites then

I didn’t get mine til my friends were on the train and on their way lol.

You healthy lot you. I sat in the garden and drank wine. It was tough!
