Hi Nav, This is really handy because I live close by. Could you tell me what the fee is for the class. Also, I see you have a Sunday morning class, do those classes also have to be pre-booked?

There are lots of yoga classes/teachers in FH, maybe google to find the most suitable for you class & day/time wise.

As well as the above mentioned, there are also classes @StudioOne with various teachers and @mary is a fab yoga teacher aswell as classes at http://www.twiststudios.co.uk

A wide range, so lots of choice.

Oh and Will another local does hot yoga in SE23 at StudioOne but is doing this too which might be of interest

Hi Divya - the Sunday morning class starts the first Sunday of August. It is better if you book because our classes are max 7 but as it’s holiday season, we are likely to have drop in slots over the next few weeks. Classes range from £10 to £12 You can find out more at www.inspired-projects.com

Hi Leon, hope you’re well…Will does teach a great class at Studio One Monday nights after my pre-natal; 8:30pm. Its not a hot class anymore, and he’s a fab teacher. I often stay for his class as I love his flow.

If you want to venture a bit further up to Sydenham, The tennis club has now become quite a little hub for yoga there;;

I teach a Mindful Flow class, Sundays 9AM and Tuesdays 8pm, both 90 min class, includes breath techniques to calm and centre the mind, Sunday morning sess is more dynamic though if you after a workout. Great for beginners and regulars.
