Recommendations for a remedial massage therapist?

My lower back is playing up. It feels muscular rather than skeletal and my sis, who is a remedial massage therapist, has ‘magic hands’ and has fixed in the past. Unfortunately she is in Scotland with a fractured elbow!

Anyone got any recommendations for more local magic hands who might be able to loosen it all off for me?

We often use Mind & Body on Stanstead Road near Shannon’s. They do a range of treatments so best to call to see if they can help out. I’ve like them as I can get appointments at short notice, and not too pricey.
