Guttering / roofer / builder

Can anyone help? we have a badly overflowing guttering problem that is affecting our neighbours wall. Does anyone know a good roofer or guttering company. Or a good builder I can ask in case they can recommend anyone. Thank you. Turns out it has been going for years but we can’t see the problem due to the way the garden is. The wood of the wall is now rotten.
