Having spent many hours of my life in meetings with TfL and other “stakeholders” on deliveries on the red route, this will certainly be seen as a cost of business. I’m almost certain that the logisitics company handling Superdrug’s deliveries will have full time staff whose job it is to either dispute or pay parking tickets.
However, being grown up about the whole thing, if we want shops that sell things in SE23 and not just nail salons, estate agents and other businesses that don’t have stock, then we have to accept a bit of disruption from deliveries. Superdrug are clearly loading, not just parked up having a mandatory rest break.
