Builder recommendations

Looking for builder recommendations and general guidance. About to complete on the purchase of a house that needs a fair bit of work. First planned phase will be to knock through kitchen and dining room and install new kitchen diner.
Any builder recommendation, kitchen suppliers and general advice on how to tackle this would be extremely welcome!
